Akishika Shuzo 'Okushika' 2013 - Sake

Hailing from Osaka, Akishika Shuzo is a 6th generation Kuramoto (Brewery Owner). All farming is done organically and his Junmai (pure rice) sake does not undergo charcoal filtration.

A richly layered and aromatic sake, with long acid and a fab finish. Truly versatile, a bev that will pair well with pretty much anything.
