A winegrowing family for many generations, the Fleury family's vineyards are on the chalky-clay slopes of the Côte des Bar in the southern Champagne region. Jean-Pierre, the current owner, is the first biodynamic Champagne producer. 60/40 Pinot and Chardonnay with no sulfur added - quite a feat, especially for the region. Rigorous bubbles, crisp and nutty with bright fruit, this one's got it all.
