Manon 'Forest White' 2018

Perched 600 meters above sea level on the Forest Range ridge of the Adelaide Hills (in southern Australia), Manon Farms is a unique one. 

A mix of macerated and straight pressed Sauvignon Blanc. Bergamot, white grapefruit, with some nice salinity. A damn fine crowd pleaser.
