Sergi Serrano "Micalet" 2019

Skin contact garnatxa blanca (or outside of Catalonia, grenache blanc) in the "vi brisat" style by Sergi Serrano, owner of one of Pinell de Brai's twelve bars (thirteen in the summer). This small town runs on wine, and the wine there is punk, romantic, and dear to our hearts. This one is savory and satiating, with lots to chew on.
