Sete 'Alimento' 2019

Skin-contact Ottonese from Lazio.  

Relatively short maceration on this one - just under a week, but enough to give it a nice, detailed lick of texture. Ottonese is very similar to Trebbiano, genetically-speaking and in profile. Lean, a little saline, really approachable - a sunny lunchtime wine.
